CrMo hardened tubular rod, rod ends, rack bolt and clevis are light and strong. PTFE lined, maintenance free, low torque, high misalignment m16 rod ends. This complete tie rod has way more misalignment angle than conventional separated inner and outer tie rods in order to allow 70 degrees of steering angle without binding the joints or flexing the rack shaft near full travel. the length is suitable only for use with the CNC LimitBreak knuckle and FLCA. Bolts right into the Ackerman adjustable hardware on the LB knuckle. Proven in Formula Drift 2019+ season testing by Matt Field. Mininum length setting is 390mm from rack shaft to outer joint center. ***Pay attention to the L and R marks on the end of the bolt that threads into the rack. Since the passenger (right) side is longer while the driver's (left) side is shorter. They are not interchangeable because the drivers side will not be secure. *** The cup end of the rack castng needs to get some grinding to clear the M14 bolt going through the clevis.
